Q. In a nutshell what do you guys do?
A. We at OMS love making phone calls to the customers and future customers of our clients. We find that even with all hands on deck, many businesses are managing to keep up with the demand of their current customers, but don’t have the time or resources to keep in touch with past customers. That’s where OMS comes in! OMS can fill that gap for businesses by calling former customers just to say, “Thanks for being a customer!” and/or to ask them a question or two, such as, “Have you been to our website?” Or, “Have you read our newsletter?” OMS can help you keep a dialogue going with your customer so they will continue to think of you and your business or organization. This is smart business.
Q. What happens when you call our customers?
A. OMS has very friendly, outgoing and clear communicators who hold a genuine and sincere conversation with your customer. Our associates do not read a pitch to the customer; instead, they memorize a conversation and learn to ask a couple of key questions. Then they capture the answers and feed that information directly to you in a quick and efficient manner.
Q. How often do I get a report on the results of my tele-marketing campaign?
A. The OMS associate handling your campaign will give you daily reports, if that is what you would like. In essensce can receive the information as often throughout the campaign as you wish, or get it all at the conclusion of the campaignit's up to you. Whenever there is a sales opportunity or critical issue discovered, the OMS associate will report it to you immediately.
Q. Where do you find the friendly and outgoing people who make these telephone calls?
A. Great Question! We are so fortunate to be surrounded by many hard working, ethical and charming people here in the heartland of South Dakota.
Q. Where do you call?
A. United States and Canada right now.
Q. How about bi-lingual employees?
A. Currently we are looking into that.
Q.How fast can you get a project up and running for us?
A. It requires training, and script development plus scheduling in the queue, so 3-5 days is the average time.
